I need a unit that will record phone conversations

I need a unit that will record phone conversations while I'm away from the office.

1) Need it to work when the phone is active on its own (automatic)
2) Need it to be invisible without popups saying that it's recording

Does this unit do that?

If so, I'll order one.

Answer:

 

1) yup it has an option for voice activated recording which will kick on and record both sides fo the conversation whenever it detects any sound.

2) There is no indication that the unit is recording other than that the red LED light on the front of the recorder turns green.
